Once your service call is confirmed and a Tire Help technician is dispatched, the mobile service-call charge applies for travelling to your requested location.
The service-call fee covers our technician’s dispatch, travel and mobile service availability—whether you’re at home, work, a parking lot, the gym, an event or a safe roadside location.
Once dispatched, the charge may still apply if service is cancelled or no longer required, the vehicle or tire is unavailable, you decide not to proceed, or inspection shows that a different service is required.

Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes, when there is a safe, permitted and accessible working area.
Do you provide roadside tire service?
Yes, at safe roadside positions away from active traffic. Call 911 first if anyone is in immediate danger.
Can you install tires that are not mounted on rims?
Yes. Off-rim service uses mobile mounting and balancing equipment when the vehicle, wheel, tire and location are suitable.
Do you supply new tires?
Yes, subject to size, fitment, season and supplier availability.
How much does mobile tire service cost?
Pricing depends on the service, vehicle, tire setup, location and timing. The quote is confirmed before work begins.
What if I do not know my tire size?
Send clear sidewall and vehicle photos or use our tire-size guide. We will help identify what information is required.
