MOBILE TIRE
SERVICE FAQ.
Clear information about suitability, repair, appointments, pricing, safety, and tire supply.
Service and availability
Where do you provide service?
At serviceable homes, workplaces, parking areas, and safe roadside locations in our Southern Ontario coverage area. Exact availability depends on location, access, timing, demand, weather, and requested work.
Are you really available 24/7?
Calls and messages are accepted 24 hours a day. Current dispatch availability and arrival timing must be confirmed directly.
Do you have a walk-in shop?
No. Tire Help operates as a mobile service and comes to an appropriate location near your vehicle.
Repairs and tire changes
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. Sidewall or shoulder damage, larger punctures, poor condition, internal damage, or driving while flat may require replacement.
What is on-rim service?
Your tires are already mounted on separate wheels, so complete wheel assemblies are changed.
What is off-rim service?
Loose tires are removed from or mounted onto wheels using tire equipment. Confirm size, quantity, and fitment beforehand.
Do you provide balancing and inflation?
Yes, when appropriate to the confirmed service. Tell us what you need so the right mobile setup can be arranged.
Buying tires
Do you sell winter, summer, and all-season tires?
Yes, subject to vehicle fitment, tire size, season, and supplier availability.
What details are needed for tire options?
Vehicle year, make, model, tire size, preferred season, quantity, location, and relevant driving or budget priorities.
Are pictured tires guaranteed to be available?
No. Website imagery is representative unless an exact product is identified and confirmed directly.
Pricing and appointments
How is pricing determined?
Location, travel, timing, vehicle, tire size, quantity, service, condition, and required equipment can affect the quote.
Is pricing discussed before work?
Yes. The known scope and pricing are discussed before requested work begins. Any material change should be confirmed before proceeding.
What should I prepare?
A firm level location, working space, wheel-lock key, accessible tires or spare, and accurate vehicle and tire details.
Service call and dispatch policy
When does the mobile service-call charge apply?
It applies once you confirm the service call and a Tire Help technician is dispatched to your requested location. It does not apply merely because you browse prices, ask a question or submit an initial quote request.
What does the service-call charge cover?
It covers technician dispatch, travel time, fuel, vehicle costs and mobile service availability for homes, offices, workplaces, gyms, parking lots, events and safe roadside locations.
What if I cancel after the technician has been dispatched?
The applicable service-call charge may still apply because dispatch and travel have already begun. Please tell Tire Help before confirming dispatch if you have also contacted another provider or are not yet ready for a technician.
SAFE ACCESS COMES FIRST.
Tire Help is not an emergency-response agency. If you are in immediate danger or blocking active traffic, call 911. Roadside work begins only when the vehicle is safely positioned.
