Consistent size formats
Equivalent inputs such as 225/65R17, 225 65 17 and 225-65-r17 are treated as the same tire size. Incomplete or invalid sizes are not published as searchable pages.
Calculation formulas
- Sidewall height = width × aspect ratio ÷ 100
- Overall diameter = rim diameter × 25.4 + two sidewalls
- Circumference = π × overall diameter
- Revolutions = travel distance ÷ circumference
Calculated versus sourced data
Geometry is calculated from nominal markings. OEM fitment, pressure, load requirements and product specifications must come from an authoritative source and are never inferred from geometry.
